Terms & Conditions – Competition to win two tickets to a Meet and Greet with The Vamps at Westfield, Stratford, London on Monday 14th April 2014.
The competition will be hosted via www.meetthevamps.com, and Virgin EMI Records. All entrants must provide their a valid email address.
To enter participants must enter their email address on www.meetthevamps.com.
Closing date is midnight, Sunday 6th April 2014.
Winners will be notified, if successful, via email before Monday 7th April 2014.
Winners will receive two separate e-tickets via email. To validify these tickets winners will need to click 'ACCEPT' in both emails. Both e-tickets must be printed and brought on the day to gain entry.
The Vamps will be signing at Westfield Stratford City in 'The Street' from 3.30pm on Monday 14th April 2014. The signing will be divided per band member. Each member will have a dedicated queing section in The Street (identifiable by a number and a colour). Each e-ticket will state which section winners are allocated to. The allocation is not negotiable.
Each e-ticket will contain a barcode which will be scanned on entry. Each e-ticket may only be scanned once.
Any loss or duplicates of the e-tickets cannot be replaced.
The competition is open to all citizens of the UK and Republic of Ireland except employees of Virgin EMI Records, a division of Universal Music Operations Limited and their associated, affiliated or subsidiary companies, and their families, agents, or anyone connected with this Competition.
Winning entrants under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult (over 18). The accompanying adult will only gain entry by using one of the winning e-tickets. ID will be required on entry, failure to produce valid ID (UK Driving Licence, or Passport) may mean refusal of entry.
An eligible entrant must be an individual resident in the UK or Republic of Ireland and must submit by including their e-mail address. Entries may be rejected at the sole discretion of Universal Music.
Universal Music will not be liable for any failure of receipt of entries. Universal Music takes no responsibility for any entries that are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid. Further, Universal Music will not be liable for technical, hardware, or software failures of any kind or lost or unavailable network connections which may limit or prohibit an eligible entrant's ability to participate in the Competition.
Universal Music reserves the right, with or without cause, to exclude entrants and withhold prizes for violating any of these General Rules and the Terms and Conditions and Terms of Use. Universal Music reserves the right to amend these General Rules. Any amendments will be published on the Website.
The prize is two e-tickets to a Meet And Greet with The Vamps at The Street, Westfield, Stratford, London (postcode: E20) on Monday 14th April 2014.
Winners will be picked at random from everyone who enters.
The judges' decision is final and binding on the entrants. No correspondence will be entered into.
The winner and their guest (or guardian) must make their own way to the venue to see the performance at their own expense. All expenses and insurances shall not be the responsibility of Universal Music.
Winners will be notified within 36 hours of the competition closing that they have won. There is no cash or other alternative to the prizes stated and the prizes are not transferable and no part or parts of the prize may be substituted for other benefits, items or additions.
In the unlikely event of event cancellation, Universal Music will not provide an alternate prize.
Uses of personal data received by Universal Music Operations Limited in the course of the competition are subject to the privacy policy found on the Universal Music Website.
By entering the competition all entrants are deemed to have accepted and be bound by these General Rules.
Universal Music reserves the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the competition (including altering prizes) if, in our sole discretion, a competition is not capable of being conducted as specified.
Nothing in these terms and conditions shall limit Universal Music's liability for death or personal injury caused by their employees or agents' negligence or for fraud.
If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
